In this special class, we invite guest teacher and author Leslie Lennox to teach students how to make homemade pesto that fits your personal preferences, makes the most of the seasons, where you live, as well as reducing waste. You will learn how to use your pesto as a building block to create quick, healthy and delicious meals. This class will focus on Global Pesto Pizzas. Leslie will have copies of her new cookbook, PESTO: The Modern Mother Sauce, available for purchase (not included in class price).
If you cancel your class less than a week before the event but more than 72 hours in advance we will exchange your tickets for a class of equal or lesser value. If you cancel your class less than 72 hours in advance no refund or exchange is permitted.
